The Electrocoup secateur was first
invented in 1984 by Mr Daniel Delmas
and
won in 1985 the Golden Palm Award
for the Best Innovation at SI.TE.VI.
in
Montpellier, France and during the
three day Viticulural Show the first
500
secateurs were sold. Following this
success, Infaco SA was founded as
a family
business.
For the past twenty years, INFACO
SA has exclusively manufactured and
serviced the "Electrocoup" electronic
pruning secateur with sales of over
60,000 secateurs in vineyards and
orchards through France, Spain, Germany,
Austria, Australia, Portugal, Italy,
Greece, Canada, USA, Argentina, Chili,
Switzerland, Holand and UK.
Today, the company is still in private
ownership and is established in Cahuzac-sur-Vere
(South of France) with a working
force of over 45 employees. Infaco
SAS continually strives to improve
the Electrocoup, based on close cooperation
with its customers/users.

Thanks to a 20 year relationship with
its customer/users, Infaco has just
developed the 6th generation of Electrocoup.
The proportional blade action (from
open to close with a full trigger
control) has been created to keep satisfying
our customers needs.
